Community Standards Committee

The Community Standards Committee (CSC) helps retain the ongoing aesthetics, functionality, and safety of Riverview Townhomes.

The CSC is composed of volunteer Riverview residents who follow guidelines set forth by Florida Statute Chapter 720 and Riverview’s Declaration of Easements, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (Declaration); Amendments; Bylaws; and Resolutions. The CSC, Board of Directors, and Community Association Manager (CAM) enforce rules and regulations through a process of warning notices and subsequent fines as needed.

The CSC shall consist of at least three (3) members with accounts in good standing at all times and who may not be officers, directors, or employees of the association or the spouse, parent, child, brother, or sister of an officer, director, or employee. A Chair is chosen by the Riverview Townhome Owners Association’s Board of Directors. CSC members are not intended to approach or contact residents regarding violations. CSC members may be removed by the Board if Riverview is not represented appropriately.
