Riverview Townhomes is a community located within a short drive of beautiful Historic Downtown Sanford, Lake Monroe, and more. The subdivision is gated and features a community pool, cabana, playground, and pavilion picnic area. The community also has a private access to the Sunrail system for easy transportation.

The purpose of our Homeowners Association (HOA) website is to build a stronger, more aware community by enabling the residents of Riverview to have access to information about their community.
